Overview

This version is effective from 22 July 2025. Welcome to HRDept.vn and/or the HRDept mobile application. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the HRDept Platform and any part of the Services. By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform or any part of the Services.


Amendments & notice

HRDept may update these Terms by publishing an updated version on the Platform or notifying you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before changes take effect.

Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Account & age requirements

You must have an HRDept user account and be 18 years or older to access password-protected features and use the Services.

Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
